You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAnalyze and monitor people health KPIs (engagement retention absenteeism turnover eNPS) across all European markets delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Partner with the team to identify data gaps and lead the development and execution of surveys to gather missing information.
Identify trends risks and opportunities related to employee experience engagement and productivity.
Collaborate with local People teams to design and implement targeted initiatives addressing improvement areas.
Develop maintain and ensure the accuracy of dashboards and regular reporting for people health metrics.
Lead cross-functional projects to increase employee retention and productivity aligning with business objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the People Team.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Data Analytics or a related field.
5 years of experience in People/HR roles focusing on people analytics employee engagement or organizational development ideally in a hypergrowth or fast-paced international environment.
Proven project management skills with a strategic hands-on approach and experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS people analytics tools and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
