The Position We are seeking an Analyst to join our Strategic Asset Management Team. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Asset Management you will work as a member of a collaborative and performance-driven team. This role will support the oversight of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure assets across renewable energy transportation and social infrastructure. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure the financial and operational performance of the assets is maximized. - Prepare lender investor and other stakeholder reporting packages including quarterly and annual updates.
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial performance monitoring across operating assets.
- Maintain asset-level financial models and perform ad hoc cash flow analysis as needed.
- Conduct market regulatory and ESG-related research to inform asset strategies and reporting.
- Support commercial activities such as contract management covenant compliance and issue resolution.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives related to value creation risk management and asset optimization.
What You Bring - Education and Experience: You have an undergraduate degree with a focus on finance business or economics. You have 1-2 years work experience in a financial advisory asset management or project management role Infrastructure experience is an asset.
- Technical Skills: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word PowerPoint and Excel) and can develop polished executive-ready PowerPoint decks. You have familiarity with financial modeling.
- Collaborative Communication & Teamwork: You have excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to present well-articulated ideas. You are a team player with a positive attitude and can build relationships and interact with professionals at a variety of levels internally and externally.
