Responsibilities

This role will give you an optimal intern experience in our Environmental IT department. You will be able to work directly with our IT team and gain valuable experience.
Intern responsibilities:
o Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather preprocess and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
o Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends patterns and insights.
o Documentation: Document processes methodologies and code to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
o Collaboration: Work closely with the ENV data team analysts and other team members to support ongoing projects.
o Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science and machine learning.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a 4 year university
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science Finance Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Additional Requirements
The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include:
Base Salary Range: $16/hr-$20/hr
Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus.
Benefits: Health Dental Vision Life Disability Wellness Paid Time Off 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans.
The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the scope complexity and location of the role; the skills education training credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
