The Assistant Manager for Sterile Reprocessing (SRP) supports the SRP Manager in the strategic planning and management of human and fiscal resources within the Sterile Processing Department. This role ensures departmental operations align with all applicable regulatory standards to provide safe ethical and high-quality surgical instrumentation.
The Assistant Manager is directly responsible for the optimal daily functioning of the department ensuring that all operating room (OR) cases are properly prepared and supported in a timely manner. This includes maintaining exceptional customer service standards and operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager also provides leadership and oversight to the SRP Technician team fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement. In all aspects of their role the Assistant Manager consistently demonstrates and promotes Trinity Healths core values in service to colleagues patients and the broader healthcare team.

Compensation:
Pay range: $25.71 hr.- $41.14 hr.
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
