What youll be doing

• Gather Requirements: Identify customer needs and translate them into actionable user stories for new features.

• Manage Backlog: Maintain the product backlog reflecting stakeholder input. Ensure stories are detailed scoped and ready for development.

• Test Features: Contribute to the testing of new features throughout the entire development lifecycle from conception to launch.

• Collaborate with Development: Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and offer product guidance.

• Represent the Customer: Advocate for the customers perspective when developing new features.

• Product Launches: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth feature launches.

• Evaluate Success: Monitor and assess feedback post-launch to gauge feature performance and success.

• Communication: Regularly communicate status updates and progress to stakeholders.

Traits were looking for

(In no certain order)

• Experience: 2 years as a Product Owner or in a similar role.

• Product Lifecycle Knowledge: Solid understanding of the entire product lifecycle.

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge discussions between technical and non-technical teams.

• Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Jira Figma Notion or equivalent systems.

• Usability Research: Familiarity with usability research methods including surveys interviews or user testing.

BONUS Qualifications:

• Product Analytics: Experience using Pendo or similar product analytics tools.
