Job Description

A Day in the Life

We are looking for a results-driven team-oriented and dynamic colleague to join our Neuroscience team. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset strong marketing skills and experience in the medical device industry - preferably within spine and neuromodulation - we encourage you to apply. In this role you will promote Medtronics innovative Spine and Neuromodulation products across the Baltic countries drive market adoption lead product presentations and trainings and support healthcare professionals both inside and outside the Operating Theatre. Ideally the candidate would be based in one of the Baltic countries.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Acquire a deep knowledge of the product portfolio and support the distributors/field force in technical clinical and marketing aspects
  • Monitor analyze and evaluate market trends consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities. Recognize and understand competitive products industry trends and products portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong ethical business relationships with Key Accounts Key Opinion Leaders key decision makers and distributors implement marketing strategies and ensure successful product launches
  • Ensure comprehensive customer support within territory to maintain superior customer service levels and effective time management
  • Be ready to provide full support to the distributor partner and health care professionals monitor analyze and evaluate product performance and customer feedback
  • Actively participate in product ordering warehousing processes.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • University degree
  • Experience in medical device sales and the ability to work in an Operating Theatre/surgical environment
  • Fluency in English and the local language
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured decision-making skills
  • Trustworthy and capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independent committed and results-driven with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Previous success in medical sales - especially with Neuroscience products - as well as experience in personnel management marketing training or technical services will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with the Neuroscience customer base is also preferred.
