Job Description: Senior Executive /Executive
Reporting To: Manager TSS Industry
Job Summary:
Senior Executive /Executive will be responsible for driving business growth within assigned general industry market segments through a combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen. This role involves Techno-commercial offer submissions TQ replies Specs study Product expertise and analysis skills required to perform coordination and document support for post order along with order punching .
Key Responsibilities:-
Techno-Commercial Offer Management & Submission:-
- Lead the end-to-end process of preparing comprehensive techno-commercial offers ensuring alignment with customer requirements technical specifications and profitability targets.
- Collaborate closely with engineering product and operations teams to gather necessary technical data costings and project timelines.
- Conduct thorough technical and commercial risk assessments for all proposals.
- Present and negotiate offers with clients effectively articulating value propositions and addressing technical queries.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all proposals.
- Timely provide TSS clearances to CM team
- Timely provide QCP finalization and submission to CM & BO team
- Order Punching in case of MFC Orders
- Arranging & driving the internal order kick-off meeting
Dealer & Channel Partner Training:-
- Develop and deliver technical and commercial training programs for channel partners (dealers distributors) to enhance their product knowledge sales capabilities and understanding of market segments.
- Create engaging training materials including presentations product demonstrations and case studies.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide ongoing support and guidance to improve their effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with channel partners to drive mutual business growth.
Branch Office (BO) Team Training & Support:-
- Train and mentor the branch -office support team on product knowledge SAP DMP Selection software usage and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure the application team is equipped to provide efficient and accurate support to the sales force and channel partners.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for offer processing and internal coordination.

- Paper & Pulp
- Steel & Metal

- Vegetable/Edible Oil

- Identify and analyze market trends competitive landscapes and emerging opportunities within these segments.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers consultants OEMs and industry stakeholders.
