Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Delaware Express youll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth in the travel industry. This full-time position involves booking transportation services upselling additional services and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide top-notch customer service and solve problems with a smile.
- Reservation Management: Book reservations for transportation services including airport shuttles and private charters.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales by recommending additional services and upselling when opportunities arise.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers answer their questions and ensure their trips go smoothly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations from bookings to final destinations.
Qualifications:
