Your Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire Oversee daily office functions ensuring excellence in patient care and employee engagement.
Drive Growth & Quality Develop and implement strategic plans budgets and programs to support office expansion and client satisfaction.
Build Community Partnerships Network with referral sources patients and families to strengthen BAYADAs presence in the area.
Foster a Positive Culture Cultivate an environment where both clinicians and patients feel valued and supported.
What Were Looking For:
Licensed RN in Virginia.
Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in home health.
Strong ability to recruit mentor and retain top nursing talent.
Experience in marketing referral development or business operations is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply!
