Raytheon - Advance ProductsSolution(APS) isseeking aSenior Program Manager(PM)to overseeaprogram area within theRadio Frequency (RF) Solutions (SSBU).

The Senior Program Manager will finish development efforts lead the transition to production with the associated capital projects and manage the facilities for a high profile portfolio.They will be responsible for cost schedule and technical performance of existing IRAD efforts new business investment and programs.

What You Will Do

  • Account for profit and loss AOP development and implementation

  • Monitor interact and course correct technical teams to support customer goals

  • Implement and execute Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and EarnedValueManagementSystem (EVMS) to include meeting Estimate at Completions (EAC) requirements

  • Establish and execute baseline schedule negotiating and executing change requirements

  • Drive a cross-functional team with focus on Design and Development Operations and Production

  • Developand maintainexcellentrelationshipswith thecustomercounterparts

  • Ensure implementation of a robust Risk & Opportunity Management plan including proactive schedule risk management to ensure predictable program performance

  • Travel as needed to support businessengagements

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelors degree in Business Program Management or related technical degree and 10 years of relevant experience in program management systems engineering or business management etc

  • Experience supporting development programs for embedded systems and/or advanced materials/components

  • Experiencewith Microsoft Office Suite resources

  • An activeand transferableSecret level U.S. government issued security clearance ispriorto start date. U.S. citizenship is as only U.S. citizens are eligible for asecurity clearance(a SAP level clearance will be required after onboarding to maintain program access)

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Effective written interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Program management experience in all program lifecycle phases including development production and sustainment; ability to engage senior level customers as well as industry partners

  • Understanding of Electronic Warfare (EW) or Radio Frequency (RF) principles systems development and application of applicable technologies in operations

  • Track record successfully leading Independent Research & Development (IR&D) New Business Initiatives (NBI) and/or customer funded program/projects

  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence the cross-functional production team functional leaders domestic and global supply chain and internal program leaders to secure the resources necessary execute a profitable production program

  • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

    The salary range for this role is 137000 USD - 275000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
