This position is responsible for providing pharmaceutical services which will assure optimum clinical results with a minimum potential for hazard to the patient at minimal cost.
Requirements:
1. Current licensure as a Pharmacist with the State of California is required.
2. Doctor of Pharmacy degree is preferred.
3. Residency or three (3) years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
Pay Range: $75.82 - $106.14
