Job Description

Student Activities Coordinator Reformation Bible College
Reformation Bible College (RBC) is seeking a friendly organized proactive and service-minded individual to join our team as the Student Activities Coordinator. This key role oversees daily operations at the RBC Caf supports campus events and fosters student connection and community. From managing caf inventory and schedules to leading student workers and volunteers this position is hands-on and people focused. If you love creating welcoming spaces building relationships and making things run smoothly behind the scenes wed love to hear from you.

Operational Leadership:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily caf operations including opening/closing procedures inventory and cleanliness.
  • Train schedule and mentor caf student workers to ensure exceptional service and consistency.
  • Monitor supply levels and place orders to maintain stock of caf essentials.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to grow caf offerings improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Student Engagement:
  • Actively connect with the student body to encourage caf usage and attendance participation and engagement with RBC Events.
  • Partner with house leadership or RBC Events to deliver community-building events.
  • Encourage student creativity and involvement in planning Caf After Hours events.
  • Stay informed on caf trends student needs and campus culture to keep the RBC Caf fresh and relevant.
Volunteer Coordination:
  • Leading volunteer coordination responding to questions and communicating updates to the event lead.
  • Responsible for recruiting adequate volunteer support and fostering an environment where volunteers feel valued and appreciated.
  • Support the event lead as needed and communicate any external needs related to the event to volunteers.
  • Support recognition efforts to encourage volunteer engagement and retention.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Previous caf or food service leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for hospitality service and community building.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a desire to grow a brand and steward a mission-driven space.
  • Agreement with and support of the mission and values of RBC.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford Florida.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience geographic location and organizational needs.
