Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionatefull timeBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments developing individualized treatment plans and providing behavioral therapy to clients with developmental disabilities and autism. This role requires a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to work collaboratively with families caregivers and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for individuals in our care.

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
Experience working with students with developmental disabilities and autism is preferred.
Strong knowledge of special education practices and medical terminology.
Proficient in diagnostic evaluation techniques related to behavioral therapy.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavior analysis.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $100000.00 per year
