This position reports to the Director Community Health & Impact and has 3-5 direct reports including Financial Opportunity Center and Adrian Ebeid Neighborhood Promise staff.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager Community Impact Initiatives leads the design implementation and continuous improvement of community-based initiatives that use community engagement impact and place-based approaches to address health related social needs improve health access and the communities we serve.
The manager partners with philanthropy and grants marketing-communications human resources clinical teams and other stakeholders across the organization. The position also collaborates and has a high level of presence and visibility with community organizations and stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors Degree in healthcare administration public health social work a related field or an equivalent combination of experiences.
Skills:
Years of Experience: 7-10 years of experience in community and public health health access and improvement or community program management with at least 3 years of people leadership experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Personal Protective Equipment: According to facility requirements as determined by the location.
Physical Demands: Walking climbing steps lifting bending. Travel to various office and community work locations for meetings and events. Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate various stakeholders.
