The Opportunity

We are seeking an Electronic Repair Technician I to support our product service and repair operations. In this entry-level role you will be responsible for testing troubleshooting and repairing returned electronic products in accordance with OEM specifications. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of electronics experience using diagnostic tools and hands-on skills in PCB-level repair including both SMT and PTH soldering. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in electronics repair within a dynamic and quality-focused team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Test troubleshoot and repair returned electronic products to meet OEM specifications.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and perform precise PCB-level repairs including SMT and PTH soldering.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure repaired items meet performance standards.
  • Operate standard test equipment such as digital multimeters oscilloscopes and power supplies.
  • Maintain accurate repair and inventory records in tracking systems.
  • Contribute to and follow ISO 13485-compliant processes and documentation.
  • Assist in the creation and revision of work instructions and repair procedures.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities youll need for this opportunity:

  • Associate degree or equivalent coursework in electronics or military electronics training.
  • 0-3 years of hands-on repair or related technical experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of electronics and basic troubleshooting methods.
  • Comfortable interpreting schematics and component-level diagrams.
  • Proficient in basic soldering including surface-mount and through-hole techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 quality standards is a plus.
