You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYou will manage cases effectively for children and young people aged 0-18 in Kinship placements. This involves supporting them through daily challenges fostering positive relationships and engaging them in activities designed to build resilience and self-esteem.
You will work closely with kinship carers birth parents extended family members and professionals to provide a secure and nurturing environment for the childs development. You will harness the capacity of extended family networks to ensure the best possible kinship care arrangements for the children and young people in your care.

In addition to your base hourly rate (SCHADS Level 4) and super youll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as groceries bills clothing streaming services and much more.
