Intgrez lquipe Global Product Engineering de la division Trauma & Extrmits de Stryker en tant quIngnieur Projet R&D Montbonnot ! Vous contribuerez au maintien et lamlioration de nos standards levs en matire de conception de spcifications techniques et de performance produit tout au long du cycle de vie de nos dispositifs.
What You Will Do:
As a member of the Global Product Engineering team you will gain in depth knowledge about Strykers Trauma & Extremities portfolio. You will learn how Joint Replacement Implants Bone Plates & Screws Surgical Instruments and many other products improve peoples life.
Together we are responsible for over 50000 articles. We count on you to maintain and improve our high standard in design specification and performance.
You oversee the continuous improvement projects for existing products in our group create and manage project plans assign and follow up on work packages. You participate in and at times lead cross functional teams to perform design related Non-Conformities(NC) Corrective- and Preventive-Actions(CAPA).
In your field of responsibility you will make sure that design requirements are met as well as apply the design change process and identify technical solutions in this context.
Your role will include frequent contact with other teams such as the international Regulatory Affairs Tech. Publications Design Quality or Marketing to address design related questions for international registrations and creations of technical files required for the implementation of EU-MDR requirements.
What You Will Need:
Formation : Diplme dingnieur ou quivalent en R&D ou qualit. Vous avez idalement acquis de lexprience dans le dveloppement le suivi ou la maintenance de produits.
Exprience: 2 ans dans lindustrie des dispositifs mdicaux ainsi quune bonne connaissance des rglementations en vigueur et des exigences de conception.
Au-del de solides comptences en gestion de projet vous avez dvelopp une comprhension technique approfondie et tes laise avec les spcifications de conception et les plans techniques.
Vous vous distinguez par votre esprit analytique votre mthode de travail rigoureuse et proactive ainsi que par votre sens des responsabilits votre persvrance vos capacits avances de rsolution de problmes et votre aisance relationnelle.
Un niveau courant danglais est requis.
