1VVAN is a team composed of 28 persons with various different profiles in charge to provide maturity statement of Flight Management (FMS) Display and Flight Warning Systems following integration tests performed through Benches or Simulators and post test flights analysis.
Our mission is
To satisfy the numerous concurrent developments to increase maturity of our current products and services
And define new Methods and Tools for testing next A/C generation ; ex : Automatic Testing Digitalization (Big Data Method & Tools) Virtual Testing
Our main challenge is to experiment new ways of testing on our current developments with the same level of quality and milestones commitments
You will be part of FMS pole : The Flight Management System is the principle interface of the crew with cockpit systems in order to perform its mission. Therefore be an FMS tester implies to perform pilot operations on our Lab test means (Simulator benches).
There are lots of exciting coming civil or military FMS developments that bring new functions to our Airline customers.
You will be in charge
To perform preparation execution and reporting of new FMS tests of specific FMS functions for which you will become specialist.
To lead an internal and external (sub-contracting) team team in charge to perform with you Testing activities on specific nFMS functions

With this experience you will acquire high level of A/C systems of A/C operations through the numerous flight hours on benches or simulator and meetings with DO flight test crew and customer services you will experience. Furthermore you will have developed skills to exploit A/C data through Airbus BIG DATA methods and tools.
It will allow you to develop yourself on various positions within Engineering Customer Services programs or continue within Test Center.

Required skills & competences :
Educated to Masters level (or equivalent) in Engineering
You have or are willing to improve your technical A/C system/function knowledge through testing on Virtual platforms on benches and Simulators and through exchanges with D/O and flight crew.
You like and want to invest yourself into technical topics but have also project and coordination skills
Engaged / curious / creative mindset.
Team working spirit
