Summary
We are looking for an Employee in Material Security (f/m/d) for the Ulm site at the earliest possible date.To strengthen our team we are looking for a committed employee in the field of material security who together with the security officer is responsible for the organizational and physical protection of confidential information.
We are a defense-related company whose products and services make a significant contribution to the security and defense of Germany. In this security-critical environment the protection of confidential information and sensitive materials is of central importance.
Your Tasks
Supporting the security officer in the area of physical security
Management of keys number combinations and access authorizations to depositories and safes
Maintaining directories of specialist keys and combination changes in accordance with the requirements of confidentiality protection
Support with internal audits and security-related inspections
Organization and control of the storage of security-sensitive documents and objects
Supporting the implementation of and compliance with confidentiality requirements in accordance with the German Security Inspection Act (SG) and the German Confidentiality Manual (GHB)
Assisting with training and awareness-raising measures for employees on handling classified information
Assisting with the documentation and reporting of security-relevant incidents
Your Profile
Completed vocational training ideally with a security-related background
Professional experience in the field of security property protection or secret protection
Knowledge of handling classified information or willingness to learn the ropes
Careful structured and reliable way of working
High degree of trustworthiness discretion and sense of responsibility
Confident handling of common MS Office applications
Willingness to undergo security clearance (if not already available)
Very good knowledge of German
