Job Description
- Permanent full-time position of 38-hours per week
- Hands-On Varied & Dynamic - From procurement to dispatch no two days are the same
Are you organised proactive and ready to take charge of all things logistics
Were looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team and play a key role in procurement and the smooth flow of goods and services across the City. This dynamic role means no two days will be the same with responsibilities spanning sourcing purchasing contract adherence inventory management supplier coordination and freight dispatch.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting procurement systems and reporting
- Maintaining inventory records databases and invoice reconciliation
- Leading City Store operations and stock control.
- Coordinating all aspects of supplier deliveries performance and freight
- Providing critical administrative support and managing safety data.
What youll bring:
- Qualifications and experience in procurement warehousing or logistics
- Practical experience with reporting systems and data management tools including strong proficiency in MS office (particularly Excel)
- Strong communication time management and problem-solving skills
- Forklift Licence White Card and Class C Drivers Licence
- A self starter with a team mindset and a keen eye for detail
Whats on offer
- Starting salary of around $62K 12% superannuation
- Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week
