Salary range: $74667 - $88304 per annum 13% superannuation.
This role contributes to the success of the City by providing administrative services and the coordination of Civic events in the Office of the Lord Mayor.

We are inviting expressions of interest for the role of Executive Assistant and Civic Coordinator. In this position you will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team while coordinating civic events and initiatives.
Your exceptional organisational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be key to your success. You will also play a crucial role in fostering community relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of civic programs.
