Job Description
Looking for a Nurse Leader to step into an Outpatient setting to utilize their clinical and management skills to enhance the seamless delivery of quality care within the practice!
Eligible for a $3000 Sign-on Bonus for those that qualify (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible).
SCHEDULE: Work 32-hours per week. No weekends no call no holidays!
RN Clinic Supervisor will supervise the day-to-day clinical operations of a physician practice oversee clinical staff members be responsible for clinical staff training monitoring and maintaining clinical staff competencies monitoring clinical integration support physician schedules and ensure efficient patient flow through the practice. This is a working supervisor position so this role will be providing direct patient care as necessary to help the team.
