Job Description

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Get ready to rise and shine at 6:30 AM and wrap up your day at 3:00 PM following a 5-day-on 2-day-off schedule.
As a Morning Maintenance Technician at All Care Services youre all about keeping Kansas City clean and safe. Your day kicks off by driving our sweeper vehicles through streets and parking lots ensuring everything is spotless and hazard-free. When youre not behind the wheel youre out on foot picking up trash enjoying the outdoors and taking care of any safety issues that come up. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness make sure our community always looks its best.

All Care Services has a centrally located operational base that allows us to efficiently clean properties throughout the metropolitan Kansas City area. Our focus on customer service has allowed us to build a strong customer base in the metropolitan area with both small and large commercial properties. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN A MORNING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and a great work ethic
Although not a deal breaker having maintenance tech landscaping or other service-related experience is a major plus!
