What Youll Do:
As a Field Solar Consultant youll be the face of Venture Solarconnecting with homeowners educating them on the benefits of going solar and helping guide them toward a greener more cost-effective energy future.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Completing training quickly and communicating regularly with your manager.
* Learning and confidently presenting our solar energy solutions.
* Identifying eligible residential properties for solar installations.
* Generating leads and booking qualified appointments in the field.
Compensation That Rewards Your Hustle:
We recognize and reward results! Heres how we support your earning potential:
First Appointment Bonus:** $500 bonus following your first completed appointment.
Completed Visit Payment:** Earn $250 per qualifying appointment. To qualify visits must meet the following:
* The property is solar-eligible.
* All decision-makers are present.
* The homeowners electricity usage justifies solar installation.
* The homeowner confirms a 650 credit score.
* A full solar presentation is delivered.
Sales Bonus:** Receive $300 bi-weekly for each sale marked as Closed Won.
