Maintain and develop business with all customers in the defined sales district by providing excellent clinical/technical support and education to the customers and to Capital Sales force to ensure the meeting or exceeding of targets while enhancing Medtronics reputation in the market. Your regional responsibility: Northern - West Poland.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Plans and prioritises clinical technical and education programmes with review and input from implantable/disposables sales in Territory while closely cooperating with other functional groups i.e. marketing reimbursement regulatory clinical education etc. consistent with the Capital Business Plan
  • Provides clinical expertise support to the customers of the district/network team both before and after usage of the device additionally provides troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request
  • Arranges development of customer training/education programmes and prepares study materials plans organizes and conducts training for customers (physicians technicians and nurses) in collaboration with the District Sales force/network team
  • Conducts technical and clinical trainings for Sales force in the District and for other cooperating teams Spine Cranial and Service in the country
  • Builds strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process
  • Supports marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review and input to sales and marketing brochures
  • Reports immediately and accurately all negative customer or product related events (e.g. customer feedback product and legal issues and risks etc) including conduction of Field Actions

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Thorough knowledge of Neurosurgery product lines and therapies (Mazor O-arm Stealth S8 Navigation Midas Osteocool neuromodulation & spine)
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • At least 3 years experience in the medical (device) industry or in a hospital operation room environment
  • Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force physicians nurses and hospital technicians
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects/duties as well as contributing to a larger team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of good judgment and demonstrated integrity and respect of peers/subordinates

Nursing experience or nursing/physician assistant with spine implants previous training/education experience degree in Engineering Life-science Marketing Business Administration or Biology or another relevant advanced degree are an advantage.
