We are looking for a
Parts and Services Sales Representative Europe
to provide sales activities to Normet Group including Spare Parts and Services in Sales Area Europe. In this role you will work together with a team of other professional Normet sales personnel and collaborate with Services Sales Area Europe and Global Services Business Line reporting to Services Director Europe Eurasia & Africa. The role is based in a mutually agreed location in Europe (Switzerland Austria UK for example) with the focus on enabling ease of access to the Southern European market.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
Delivery of sales activities of Spare Parts Field Services Equipment Rentals Sale of Used Equipment Mid-Life Services and Performance Solutions in Sales area Europe
Coordination of the sales reporting within the sales team
Building and developing long-term customer relations and partnerships
Preparation of ad hoc sales reports and market analyses
Identifying process improvement opportunities driving initiatives to deliver better efficiencies and accuracy
Key account management of Normets main mining and tunneling customers in the area
To shine in this position we hope you to have:
Relevant working experience minimum 3 years in selling heavy industry spare parts and maintenance services within mining tunneling or construction businesses
Relevant sales business or technical education or equivalent work experience
Experience of working for a multinational company and matrix organization; international experience and diverse cultural awareness is an advantage
Fluent English both written and spoken; (other languages e.g. German French or Spanish as plus)
Ability to travel extensively within Europe. The expectation is to meet customers on a weekly basis.
