Job Description
Client is looking for a dynamic Support Specialist to provide support to our Windows 11 and iOS device refresh initiatives across all client locations. The successful candidate will bring:
- 3 years experience configuring imaging and deploying Windows laptops and desktops as well as iOS devices
- 3 years experience performing software installs/deployments and applying patches for Windows Operating Systems and iOS
- 3 years experience in hardware troubleshooting for Windows laptop and desktop devices as well as iOS devices
- 3 years experience with Mobile Device Management tools for managing iOS devices
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills.
- The successful candidate will be a team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
