What Youll Do:

• Provide expert care acrosstwo Level III-IV NICUs(Both 74-beds) andfour Level II Special Care Nurseriesin the Phoenix area.
• Extend your expertise to additional Level IIIaand Level II nurseriesthroughout Arizona.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team ofneonatal nurse practitioners pediatricians and neonatologists managing an average daily census of125-175 infantsand over2000 annual admissions.

Schedule:

• Flexible FTE available (36-45 hours per week on average)
• Flexible request based schedule
• In-house call at Level III-IV NICUs (approximately 4-5 per month)
• Minimal backup call from home (approximately 0-2 per month)
