Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking temporary support for a highly visible andcomplexarea within theElectronic Warfare Systems (EWS) portfoliofocused on internationalcustomers. The successful candidate will be expected to setstrategy vision and direction foreffectiveimplementationfocused onoverall product affordability product integrity and on-time deliveries to enable near mid and long-term businessgrowth for the Taiwan Air Force. This includes profit and loss (P&L) and annual operations planning (AOP) accountability for the program.

What You Will Do

  • Account for profit and loss AOP development and implementation and Estimate at Completions (EACs)inputs

  • Coordinate and align interactions expectations and transactions between Taiwan Air Force customer and RTX team

  • Develop and implement program growth strategies for international areas

  • Understand and represent customer needs to stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterparts

  • Manage risk opportunity cost quality and schedule performance

  • Support domestic and international travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience familiar with capture management or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience

  • Experienced in international capture/pursuits and program managementexperienceguidingdevelopment transition to production production and/or sustainment programs

  • Experiencedleaderwith cross-functionalteams to include but not limited to any combination of the following: Engineering Contracts Finance Procurement/Supply Chain Manufacturing/Operations QualityManagement LogisticsData Management(CDRLsupport) and/or administrative functions

  • Experience managing cost schedule and technical performance for programs with use ofprogram managementresourcessuch as EarnedValueManagementSystem (EVMS) IntegratedMasterPlan (IMP) IntegratedMasterSchedule (IMS)Riskand OpportunityManagement Scope Board or similar business processes and experienceengagingand reporting toall levels of executivestakeholders

  • Activeand transferable U.S. government issued security clearance isrequiredpriorto start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Electronic Warfare Systems experience and international customer experience

  • Demonstratedresultscreating and maintainingstrongexecutive levelrelationshipswith supplierscustomers government representatives primes and internal peers

  • Experience working with U.S. AirForce FMS partners and othercustomerson government programs (large/complex) withdirectcustomerinterfaces both internal and external

  • Experience developing and implementingexecution coordination andgrowthstrategies for franchise programs

  • Experience working oversight and monitoring supplier performance;developpreventive and corrective actions as necessary

This is a temporary position of an undetermined length.

The hourly rate for this role is $77.88 to $156.76. The compensation range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
