Job Description
Position - Lab Assistant
Location - Greensboro NC
Company - Scientific Company
Description - This is a great opportunity to gain experience and grow with a scientific laboratory in the area. You will help with a variety of tasks mainly focused with prepping samples for different types of testing. This person works closely between departments and ensures samples are correctly prepped and then tested in the appropriate timeframe. You will help move materials throughout the lab as needed to ensure deadlines are met and the correct steps are being taken throughout the process. This person will receive training in different areas within the lab and can grow long term with the company! Stable full time hours Monday-Friday.
- Previous experience working in a lab environment preferred but not required
- Relevant degree in scientific field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks based on deadlines required
- Ability to work in-office weekly required
