Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly and management positions across our restaurant portfolio. This individual will post job openings screen and follow up with candidates schedule interviews and guide applicants through each step of the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:
- Write post and manage job listings on various platforms (Indeed ZipRecruiter company career page etc.)
- Review applications and resumes pre-screen candidates and coordinate next steps
- Maintain communication with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide calendar support
- Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process from application to on-boarding
- Track applicant progress using applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with field-level management to understand staffing needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly
- Conduct reference checks and assist with new hire paperwork
- Generate weekly hiring reports
Requirements:
- 1 years of recruiting HR or talent acquisition experience (hospitality/restaurant industry preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to stay organized while managing multiple open positions
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace Zoom and platforms
- Self-motivated proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- A people personcomfortable engaging with candidates and hiring teams alike
- High attention to detail especially in managing candidate data and communications
