Stryker is seeking to hire an Associate Manager Product Development to support Strykers Joint Replacement division. This role is hybrid located in Mahwah New Jersey.
Within our Joint Replacement division the Associate Manager Product Development will support our Hip Business Unit. You are responsible for projects that ensure business continuity on commercial products improve value and resolve any performance-related issues. You will provide technical guidance and direction to a team of R&D Engineers. This business-critical role requires close collaboration with Product Marketing Regulatory Affairs Design Assurance Quality Manufacturing and Operations to quickly and efficiently resolve post-launch technical issues that impact customer satisfaction patient safety and support growth and market expansion.
$100500 - $215300 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors
