About the Role
Were looking for acreative and systems-oriented Content Creator & Producerwho is passionate about producing high-quality video content and streamlining video production workflows. This role blends creativity with technical expertise focusing on both internal marketing initiatives and client projects. Youll be responsible for producing videos optimizing content for multiple platforms and implementing AI tools to help scale production.

Youll be responsible for producing videos optimizing content for multiple platforms and implementing AI tools to help scale production.
What Youll Do
- Concept shoot and edithigh-quality video content for internal marketing efforts and client projects including deal overviews founder videos and short-form social media content.
- Repurpose long-form content(e.g. webinars interviews) into engaging short-form videos using tools like Descript Opus Clip or Pictory.
- Implement AI toolsfor content creation such as generating UGC-style videos sourcing B-roll and auto-captioning videos.
- Manage content production workflows from ideation to final delivery ensuring efficient execution and alignment with marketing goals.
- Coordinate and execute content shoots including location scouting talent coordination and on-set direction ensuring smooth production processes.
- Ensure consistent brandingand messaging across all content produced maintaining a cohesive visual identity for IFT and client materials.
- Collaborate with the Social teamto monitor content performance and optimize videos for engagement ensuring maximum reach across platforms.
- Organize and maintain a video content library ensuring easy access to assets for future use and repurposing.
- Stay up to date with trendsin video production AI tools and social media platforms to create cutting-edge content.
- Create and managecontent production and workflows enabling efficient processes for internal teams and clients.
What Were Looking For
- Education:Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media Production or a related field.
- Experience:3 years in video production or content creation preferably in high-growth startups agencies or fintech.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in video editing software (Final Cut Premiere Descript Opus Clip etc.) and familiarity with AI-driven tools for video creation.
- Creative Skills:Strong understanding of what works in short-form video content on social media platforms like TikTok Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team manage multiple projects and collaborate with both internal teams and clients.
