About the Opportunity
GMHBA is seeking a skilled Care Coordinator with a strong background in cardiac nursing to join our Private Health Insurance team. This role focuses on delivering a remote Cardiac Rehabilitation program designed to improve member health outcomes and reduce claims costs by providing specialised cardiac care through technology-enabled monitoring and management
