ASPECT Studios is hiring across Australia
We are looking for landscape architects (or architects with an interest in contributing to landscape projects) with up to 3 or 4 years of experience to join one of our Australian studios. You might be in Perth / Brisbane / Adelaide or located in Melbourne / Sydney as part of our One Studio model we arent bound by borders as we collaborate on projects both locally and internationally.
Our studios are open to a range of different working arrangements including full time part time fixed term or casual. Whether youre looking for your next career step returning to work after a break relocating or even on a shorter-term working holiday visa we want to hear from you.
The Practice
ASPECT Studios is a purpose orientated design led landscape architecture and urban design practice. With operations across Australia Asia the UK and the Middle East our studios believe in the power of design to positively change peoples behaviour and lives the environment and the planet. We are seeking to become leaders in regenerative design going beyond sustainability and harm minimisation to enhance and repair our natural world and our communities.
Melbourne Studio
Located within the heart of the Melbourne CBD we are surrounded by the active life of the city laneway culture and great transport links. Our studio is in a tall modernist building with light on three sides greenery within and great views over Melbourne central laneway precinct.
Our team believes in the importance or creating a studio environment where an openness to new ideas and collaboration sits in partnership with deep knowledge and expertise.

The Role
To deliver on a diverse range of landscape and urban design works over the coming months were seeking talented and passionate designers at the Graduate or Landscape Architect level.
Key for the successful candidates will be:
- At least one full year of experience in landscape architecture roles to enable you to hit the ground running as we ramp up our project resourcing
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual communication
- High level of production capability with proficiency in REVIT Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign / Photoshop) Rhino Lumion Enscape and more
- Knowledge of sustainable / nature positive design and construction (highly considered)
- A passion for inclusive design and innovation and
- Degree qualification(s) in Landscape Architecture / Urban Design or equivalent (required).
Were looking for people who love what they do.
If youre a graduate youll bring strong software skills and a desire to take up the learning opportunities around you.
If youre an LA youll be able to hit the ground running as you contribute to or lead the design and documentation of landscape architecture projects from concept through to construction.
