Hatfield Elementary School seeks a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The primary skills sought:-Understanding of and experience with tiered models of intervention in a school setting-Ability to create efficient short-term plans for student behavior improvement -Ability to consult with general education teachers and special education teams to implement accommodations and modifications with fidelity-Ability to create accessible and efficient data collection systems as needed-Diverse student profile experience as a small rural district we support a variety of profiles-Consult to a small specialized program at the Elementary school; familiarity with assent and assent withdrawal based intervention or trained to conduct Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment preferred.-Support for programming-Consultation with the associated interdisciplinary team- training and modeling for paraprofessionals as needed-Currently lead but also train the team completion of the VB-MAPP ABLLS-R etc. -Completion of Functional Behavior Assessments as assigned-Consultation with general education teachers and the school counselor to meet student needs-Student observation-Creation and analysis of data for students as needed-Writing and maintaining behavior intervention/support plans-Understanding of the IEP process able to develop goals and benchmarks if needed -Support RBTs work with students as well as recertification students on the caseload are in partial or full inclusion models. The position includes the required grid services and time for systems support and development.
