We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Health Worker (CHW) Intern to join our aiECHO Healthy Baby Connect team. This position is specifically geared toward supporting the perinatal and postpartum population via home visits clinic visits and/or telehealth visits. The CHW Intern will play a crucial role in supporting families providing education and facilitating access to healthcare services. A passion and/or experience for maternal infant and child health is preferred. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community health and maternal-child health. About aiECHO Healthy Baby Connect: aiECHO Healthy Baby Connect is a comprehensive program designed to support the health and well-being of infants and their families. This program is administered via home visits clinic visits and/or telehealth visits. The program leverages advanced technology to track and monitor various aspects of maternal care surrounding Social Determinants and Behavioral Health needs. Our goal is to provide parents and caregivers with the tools and resources they need to ensure their babies thrive.
