$71612.39 - $110999.20The EPIC Clinical Principal Trainer collaborates closely with the Training Manager analysts and operational leadership to design implement and maintain comprehensive training programs for users across assigned Epic applications. This position plays a key role in curriculum development training environment configuration and the creation and maintenance of educational resources. The Principal Trainer provides direct support to Credential Trainers who lead end-user sessions offering workflow education and technical support both one-on-one and in group settings.Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Design develop and maintain instructional materials and training curricula for Epic application areas.
2. Configure and test training environments; provide support and troubleshooting issues as needed.
3. Develop and maintain curricula in the Learning Management System (LMS) HealthStream.
4. Maintain and regularly update Learning Home dashboards and resource libraries.
5. Design and deliver education related to Epic system upgrades on a quarterly basis.
6. Collaborate with operational leadership to present system functionality and create training materials aligned with workflow decisions.
7. Respond promptly to training-related security access requests and support tickets including providing individualized instruction when necessary.
8. Train credential and support additional classroom trainers as needed.
9. Manage and update Epic-related content on the AMHS Clinical Corner platform.
10. Proactively identify training needs and work to address them in advance.
11. Assist with any related training needs as assigned.
