Were looking for aChildrens Home Manager to take the reins of two small nurturing 2-bedded homes supporting children and young people withEmotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). These are not just buildings; they are sanctuariessafe supportive spaces where trust is built voices are heard and healing begins.

You will be part of a very experienced supportive and dynamic team of managers within our Childrens residential service whose homes are consistently either Good or Outstanding
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Knowledge of relevant legislation and the DFE Supported Accommodation standards and regulation

-This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for the role.
-A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
-The role requires you to participate in the on call rota.
