Summary
For the Property Management department within the Facility Management division we are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect in the Construction Department / Facility Management (f/m/d) at our Ulm location as soon as possible.Your Tasks
Control of costs deadlines and quality within the project as well as ensuring project objectives are met
Project initiation kick-off with all stakeholders
Close collaboration with internal interfaces (such as building services facility management health and safety and safety) as well as organizational management of the construction projects from defining objectives and coordinating with the user/tenant to completion.
Fundamental analysis preparation of rough cost estimates and schedules through to tendering and awarding
Sustainable and independent project implementation and construction management
Development of decision-making documents and presentations for management
Willingness to travel occasionally is required.
Your Profile
Completed studies as a civil engineer/project manager (construction) or architect or comparable
Several years of experience in project management/construction management of new construction projects such as industrial buildings as well as renovation projects and building on existing structures
Expert knowledge of procurement planning and contract law (HOAI VOB fire protection and LBO)
Teamwork skills and a hands-on mentality as well as an independent quality- and solution-oriented approach
Strong service and customer focus with our internal and external interfaces underscored by convincing communication skills and assertiveness
Professional use of MS Office and MS Project
Class B drivers license
Fluent German and English skills
