Responsibilities

Job Summary:
The Clinic Administrator for the OB/GYN Clinic is responsible for overseeing the daily operations staff management and administrative functions of the clinic to ensure efficient high-quality patient care. This role works closely with physicians advanced practice providers nursing staff and support teams to coordinate services manage resources and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all operational aspects of the OB/GYN clinic including staffing scheduling budgeting and patient flow

  • Supervise front office and clinical support staff providing leadership training and performance evaluations

  • Collaborate with providers to improve clinic efficiency patient satisfaction and quality of care

  • Oversee billing coding and revenue cycle processes to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA OSHA and other regulatory requirements

  • Monitor inventory order medical supplies and manage vendor relationships

  • Develop and implement clinic policies procedures and quality improvement initiatives

  • Address patient complaints and operational concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Prepare reports for senior leadership and participate in strategic planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required; degree in business or healthcare management preferred. Masters degree preferred.

  • Or an equivalent combination of education and relevant operational experience.

  • 23 years of leadership experience preferably in clinical operations.

  • Experience in personnel facility financial management and budgeting preferred.

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable billing collections ICD-9/CPT coding.

  • Process improvement experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong skills in supervision communication (verbal and written) computers and interpersonal relations.

  • Ability to take initiative solve problems independently and make sound decisions.

  • Knowledge of patient relations personnel administration and healthcare policies.

  • Team-oriented with the ability to interpret and apply organizational guidelines and procedures.
