Job Description:

The Client Service Administrator (CSA) operates in a team environment and is responsible for the day-to-day plan administration and troubleshooting for Defined Contributions qualified non-qualified and HSA plans across a variety of markets. The CSA works directly with a plans client contact(s) as they reach out and serves as a liaison between our clients and our Operational teams providing support to over 30k plans through various interaction channels.

The Role

As an associate in our Workplace Investing (WI) Defined Contributions (DC) Client Services organization youll serve alongside our entire team of WI DC Client Services associates who are a foundational part of the day-to-day support of WI clients. As a CSA your responsibilities will include:

  • Educating clients on operational related processes and influencing them toward best practices.
  • Assisting clients with PSW and promoting self service steps for transaction processing (i.e. PSW set-up access changes and support).
  • Acting as the internal point of escalation for operational issues.
  • Helping clients to understand common issues and errors and guiding them to resolution
  • Providing mentorship to clients on transactions to help them understand the process and requirements to ensure their plan is in compliance.
  • Flexibility to work between our business hours of 8:00am-7:00pm EST

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Demonstrated superior Customer Service delivery
  • Proven performer with prioritizing and multi-tasking
  • Basic Microsoft Excel experience is a requirement
  • 1 year minimum experience within Defined Contribution or Benefits Outsourcing
  • Working knowledge of 401(k) and defined contribution plans products and applications
  • Experience with Fidelity systems (FPRS PSW and Xtrac); Operations Knowledge
  • Strong customer service skills client communication/interface and satisfaction abilities
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and are an effective teammate
  • Demonstrate analytical skills to propose solutions to a problem as well as completing all tasks required in its resolution both timely and accurately
  • Strong risk-management skills- client and plan level
