The Client Service Administrator (CSA) operates in a team environment and is responsible for the day-to-day plan administration and troubleshooting for Defined Contributions qualified non-qualified and HSA plans across a variety of markets. The CSA works directly with a plans client contact(s) as they reach out and serves as a liaison between our clients and our Operational teams providing support to over 30k plans through various interaction channels.
