Join Our Team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - $1000.00 Sign On Bonus
Provide Compassionate Care and Support to Residents
Were seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance multitasking skills and a professional cooperative demeanor. Youll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.
Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant
In this role you will:
Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming bathing catheter care pericare and dressing following care policy guidelines
Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals weights intake/output and meal consumption
Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed

Were looking for someone who:
Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures
Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience
Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities
