Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between caregivers and the administrative team
- Provide support and guidance to caregivers in their roles
- Communicate effectively with caregivers to address any concerns or needs
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and assignments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in caregiving as a CNA
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices
