What Youll Do
- Lead pre-development efforts including due diligence utility data analysis and stakeholder coordination
- Manage lender and tenant approvals for clean energy installations
- Support development teams with RFQ/RFP processes and project execution
- Oversee project incentives financial documentation and compliance
- Monitor and report on energy production financial performance and REC management
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver clean energy solutions across NorthPoints industrial portfolio
Who You Are
- A seasoned energy developer with 5 years of experience in clean energy project development
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong understanding of solar battery EV charging and energy efficiency technologies
- Skilled in project management budgeting and stakeholder engagement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Passionate about clean energy and sustainability
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
