About the role
Reporting to the Team Leader Data Quality you will play a key role in supporting the Information Management Unit with data management auditing and control. You will assist with data cleansing including investigating and amalgamating or deleting duplicate records.
What your day will look like
Interacting with customers using various methods including electronic face to face or by phone
Maintaining Council customer records and data with a high level of accuracy and diligence
Performing data maintenance activities
Maintaining customer information using our Names and Address Register
Aiding and advising teams across Council in regard to customer updates and Data Quality
What you will bring
An exceptional eye for detail
An amazing telephone manner
A passion for customer data management and experience in a similar role
Experience using Technology One Property and Rating or a similar software
Working knowledge of Privacy Legislation data policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
