The Department
Alfred Healths Legal Office comprises six staff General Counsel Deputy General Counsel two Senior Legal Counsel a Legal Counsel and an Executive Assistant. The Legal Office provides advice and assistance to the organisation and its staff on a range of corporate commercial and medico-legal issues.
Position Summary
Alfred Health Bass Coast Health Gippsland Southern Health Service Kooweerup Regional Health Services and Peninsula Health are preparing to merge into a single health service. Reporting to the General Counsel the position will assist in the delivery of sophisticated and pragmatic legal services to all five health services to progress the merger primarily involving:
