Job Description
- Push piece of furniture to be inspected onto pneumatic lift.
- Visually match the law label and travel card prior to inspection.
- Use computer to call up the specs of the particular piece of furniture being inspecting using Interiors Plus software to ensure all options finish and fabric/leather are correct.
- Visually inspect the piece for quality errors use spot cleaner if needed.
- Use snips to clip any loose strings.
- Attach hang tags and arm caps using an attach-it gun.
- Occasionally use regulators and staple pullers to correct any quality flaws that may be present.
- Use steamer to attach label to seat decking.
- Push piece onto packing conveyor.
- May perform other duties/ special or non-routine assignments as instructed.
- Experience in Manufacturing Quality Control Preferred
