Laboratorium Bada Napdw Lotniczych Polonia Aero jest orodkiem badawczo-rozwojowym pooonym kilkanacie kilometrw od Warszawy. Nasz zakad jest unikalny- na caym wiecie istnieje tylko kilka podobnych jednostek. Specjalizujemy si w badaniu w zimnym przepywie prototypw turbin niskiego cinienia stosowanych przede wszystkim w silnikach lotniczych i energetyce jak rwnie testowaniem demonstratorw technologii wykorzystywanych w budowie lotniczych silnikw turbinowych. Prowadzone testy maj na celu midzy innymi optymalizacj profili aerodynamicznych opatek turbin oraz zmniejszenie poziomu haasu emitowanego przez te silniki poprzez weryfikowanie symulacji komputerowych dziki pomiarom eksperymentalnym. Budowa Laboratorium Bada Napdw Lotniczych Polonia Aero otrzymaa dofinansowanie przez przedstawicieli polskiej nauki (Politechnika Warszawska Wojskowa Akademia Techniczna) oraz przemysu lotniczego (Avio Aero oraz Wojskowe Zakady Lotnicze NR 2 S.A.)Inynier automatyki ds. utrzymania ruchu jest odpowiedzialny za pomoc w konserwacji naprawie budowie i regulacji urzdze mechanicznych i elektrycznych w Polonia Aero Sp. z o.o.
The Laboratory of Aircraft Engine Research Polonia Aero is a research and development center located a few kilometers from Warsaw. Our facility is uniquethere are only a few similar units worldwide. We specialize in cold-flow testing of low-pressure turbine prototypes used primarily in aircraft engines and energy systems as well as testing technology demonstrators used in the construction of aircraft turbine engines. The tests we conduct aim among other things to optimize the aerodynamic profiles of turbine blades and reduce the noise levels emitted by these engines by verifying computer simulations through experimental measurements. The construction of the Laboratory of Aircraft Engine Research Polonia Aero was funded by representatives of Polish academia (Warsaw University of Technology Military University of Technology) and the aviation industry (Avio Aero and Military Aviation Works No. 2 S.A.).
Maintenance automation engineer is responsible for assisting with the maintenance repair construction and adjustment of mechanical and electrical equipment in Polonia Aero Sp. z o.o.

Realizacja przegldw okresowych maszyn i urzdze na terenie Laboratorium
Udzia w prowadzeniu dokumentacji technicznej oraz przygotowywaniu planw i procedur do czynnoci eksploatacyjnych maszyn i urzdze
Udzia w przygotowaniu i realizacji projektw modernizacyjnych
Czynny udzia w technicznym zabezpieczeniu cigoci pracy maszyn i urzdze Laboratorium
Wsppraca z serwisami zewntrznymi
Zapewnienie dziaania maszyn i urzdze poprzez wykonywanie prac eksploatacyjnych.
Wymagania:
Wyksztacenie kierunkowe zwizane z automatyk lub elektryk.
Uprawnienie energetyczne w grupach G1 oraz G2 (tzw. SEP).
Znajomo zagadnie z zakresu automatyki elektroniki oraz elektryki w tym umiejtno czytania schematw elektrycznych rysunkw technicznych.
Znajomo jzyka angielskiego w mowie i pimie.
Umiejtnoci diagnostyczne analityczne oraz rozwizywania problemw.
Znajomo zasad bezpieczestwa w rodowisku przemysowym.
Samodzielno i odpowiedzialno za wykonywan prac.

Developing inspection and maintenance plans and procedures to ensure the reliability of our systems.
Performing maintenance and repair work to ensure our electrical and mechanical equipment operates flawlessly.
Supervising a team of employees and organizing their work so everyone can give their best.

Qualifications/Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Higher technical educationyour knowledge is key to us!
Experience as an automation/electric specialist in an industrial environmentpractice makes perfect!
Good knowledge of PLC systems data acquisition and mechanical equipment operationyour skills are invaluable!
Strong communication skillscollaboration is the foundation of our success!
Good command of English both spoken and writtenthis facilitates international cooperation.
Knowledge of electrical circuitsyour expertise is important to us.
Qualification certificates for operation (E) in groups 1 and 2; supervisory certificates (D) will be an additional advantage.

Familiarity with safety principles in an industrial environmentsafety is our priority.
Forklift aerial lift and crane operator certificateshighly welcomed!
