About the role
As CPTO youll lead both product and engineering shaping our long-term strategy and transforming our hardware and rich agricultural data into scalable software products. Youll be responsible for building a high-performing customer-obsessed organization ensuring we achieve strong product-market fit and deliver measurable impact.

The main responsibilities for this role will be:
- Building on our product-led foundation to continuously strengthen product-market fit
- Mentor and develop technology and product leaders while building high-performing cross-functional teams
- Oversee our technology stack from the animal-wearable hardware in the field to real-time data processing user-facing mobile apps and cloud infrastructure
- Advance innovation in machine learning applications for agricultural insights
- Lead long-term innovation and R&D efforts to ensure sustained product differentiation and future growth
- Drive our data strategy to unlock insights from livestock behavior patterns environmental conditions and farm operations
- Champion our environmental impact measurement and reporting using technology to demonstrate quantifiable sustainability benefits to customers and stakeholders
About you
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a CTO VP of Engineering or similar senior technology leadership role
- Strong background working in product-led cross-functional growth companies that have scaled internationally
- Experience building and scaling technology teams and engineering organizations
- Proven ability to establish a data-driven decision-making culture and product analytics frameworks
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including customers partners and investors.
- You have a hands-on engineering background with experience in the trenches as a software engineer
- HW experience is a plus especially for candidates with a primary background in SW or SaaS
